The hotel was located just next door to 'The Glen' shopping centre and the train station, the main restaurant strip and the train station, and restaurants and supermarkets. I had brand-new and modern room with exceptionally comfortable bed. The stuff was great, always with a smile on face...

I arrived after a long trip from Brisbane and met a friendly front desk, only to find there was no water. No shower, no drinking water—just what I needed after my travels. Once the water returned, I enjoyed the rain head shower, but the place was a mess. I felt like an eco-warrior battling filth. the location was great for my shopping needs, but I missed having a clean, quiet haven. Maybe next time I'll just camp in the backyard.

The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the rooms. The hotel also paid attention to detail, with two bathrooms and a balcony providing a spectacular view. The location was fantastic, being close to The Glen, an amazing shopping hub, and the railway station with direct links to the city. The rooms were well-equipped with excellent amenities.
There was just one minor issue, but everything else was okay.
